Our 5th Grade Moving Up Ceremony will be held on Tuesday at 10am in the auditorium. On Wednesday, we will clap out the graduating class of 2017.

Eleven-year-old Sidney Keys, who started a book group for boys his age called Books N Bros, and Tracey Baptiste, author of the popular new hit “The Jumbies,” will be at Seth Boyden on Friday.
On Wednesday morning, the kindergarten and multi-age classes will hear stories from renowned storyteller Derek Burrows, who tells stories from the African diaspora.
We need as many volunteers as possible to get the SOMA arboretum installed and to take care of our trees, outdoor classroom, vegetable garden and habitat garden this weekend!

All schools in the district will be closed on Friday, May 26th. On Tuesday, May 30th, Seth Boyden will open at 10:45 am for Kindergarten – 4th.
This year’s Variety Show at Seth Boyden, held on May 13, brought together a series of original fifth-grade skits with acts by students in the younger grades. The title of the show, aptly, was “Unity.”
