All homerooms in grades 3-5 have now finished their classroom bees and 2 students from each homeroom have moved on to the school championship! Congratulations to all of the participants in the class bees for their outstanding efforts. The school championship bee will be on Friday, January 31st.

The top two spellers from the school bee will then move on to represent Seth Boyden in the regional bee sponsored by Sidelines and Stages Foundation, whose president, Coobee Darcelin, is a Seth Boyden alum. The winner of the regional bee will then advance to the national competition in Washington D.C. (paid for by Sidelines and Stages) which is televised on ESPN!

Good luck to our spellers! Anyone with questions can reach out to Mr. Hein at jhein@somsd.k12.nj.us.
